The base price for land ownership of $1200. includes your own site on the island drawn on an official plat map, your deed, a map of the entire&nbsp;island, the island's guidebook, and a personal consultation to help you select your site and design your house. A sketch of your house (or your land) is also included and will be sent to you before your painting (if you wish one) is started.<br /><br />A watercolor painting or series of paintings of your house or site can start for as little as $500. for an 11" by 14" size. This may be of your dream house, hermitage, art studio, writer's retreat, horse farm, vineyard, or sheep ranch!
